Entering the information age,people's life has undergone great changes.People used to dealing with the complicated daily affairs on the Internet.While enjoying the convenience of life,which provide convenient services to Internet companies played a large role,especially underestimated the contribution of various search sites.The rapid development of the Internet industry,so that the dissemination of information has become more convenient,and each network user to become beneficiaries.People enjoy the Internet brings convenience,but also bring the risk of network infringement,when the violations caused by the network spider occur.Therefore,the Internet industry has developed internal Robots protocol to regulate the Internet in a variety of illegal behavior,protect the legitimate rights of Internet users and businesses.However,in recent years,with the Robots protocol on Internet infringement and unfair competition network incidents continue to occur,such as Baidu sued 360 companies in violation of "Robots protocol" copy and crawl their site content.Because of the US eBay v.Bidder's Edge case,Robots protocol raises concerns about the protocol.This paper is divided into three chapters.The main contents of each chapter are as follows:The first chapter outlines the overview about Robots Protocol.This chapter describes the basic concepts and the source of Robots protocol.Then Analysis the contents,characteristics and influence of the agreement.Next discusses the necessity of legal regulation of Robots protocol.Finally,describes the "3B Wars" case and leads Robots protocol-related legal issues.The second chapter is about that the Situation and Enlightenment Robots Protocol legal regulation.This chapter elaborate on the legal nature and legal effect of the agreement firstly.Then investigates the status quo at home and abroad Robots protection agreement and Enlightenment.Finally,summarize my viewpoint and enlightenment.The third chapter discusses the Legal Regulation of rules and suggestions of Robots protocol.This chapter from the protocol contract Robots Regulation,Regulation tort liability,unfair Competition Law point of view,the protocol outlines principles and rules Robots legal regulation,and puts forward the corresponding improvement proposals.
