With the socialism with Chinese characteristics entering into a new era,our country has also put forward new requirements for the construction of the rule of law,and "insisting on the rule of law" is one of the basic strategies for 14 new times to insist on and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics.The 19 report also first proposed "deepen the rule of law practice",which is also a fresh statement of the rule of law,"deepen the rule of law practice" the specific requirement is to adhere to the law,promote scientific legislation,strict law enforcement,fair justice,law-abiding people.To adhere to the rule of law,we should not only have a sound legal system,but also rely on a number of high-quality legal professional team.In order to build a high quality legal professional team,it is of course inseparable from the training of law education to Fakoshen and the professional cultivation of the legal profession Group.May 3,2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping visited the law and order and made an important speech on the cultivation of legal personnel to make important instructions,which embodies the state’s attention to the cause of the rule of law education and concern.The high quality legal profession troop not only requests the legal person to have the high legal practice skill,but also requests the legal person to have the high legal profession ethics accomplishment.However,the cultivation of legal person in China,whether it is the law education or the Professional group training work,the focus of attention is the legal practice ability,one-sided emphasis on practical operation skills,and the legal person’s ideological quality cultivation has long been neglected,leading to a series of violations of legal professional ethics of the emergence of social problems.Although in recent years,the legal profession ethics gradually receives the attention,to the legal profession ethics research also gradually to develop,but the legal profession ethics cultivation work still has many deficiencies.It is of great practical significance to probe into the cultivation of legal professional ethics in our country to construct legal professionalethics and improve the whole professional quality of legal profession.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the outline,mainly discusses the connotation of the legal profession ethics.This paper clarifies the concept of legal profession and legal professional ethics,analyzes the necessity of cultivating legal professional ethics from the cultivation of legal profession ethics in law education and the cultivation of legal professional ethics in legal profession group,and provides the basis for the following.The second part analyzes the content of the legal professional ethics,analyzes the relevant regulations of our country’s legal professional ethics,and on this basis,probes into the relationship between the legal professional ethics and the cultivation of legal professional ethics.The third part has carried on the thorough discussion and the research to the legal profession ethics cultivation in our country law education and the legal profession ethics cultivation in the legal profession group,has provided the theoretical basis for the later article to propose the consummation our country legal profession ethics cultivation countermeasure.The Forth part makes a comparative study on the cultivation of legal professional ethics in the United States and Australia,through combing and analyzing,and drawing the reference and enlightenment to the cultivation of our current legal professional ethics.Part five puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the cultivation of legal professional ethics in our country,mainly from perfecting the professional ethic in law education.At the end of the article,we make a summary from the macroscopic point of view,and emphasize the importance and necessity of strengthening and perfecting the cultivation of our country’s legal professional ethics to realize the rule of law in our country at present,from perfecting the law education and standardizing the cultivation of legal profession group,in order to cultivate the spirit of A legal person with a sense of justice and good character.
