Recently,as the number of criminal cases increases,and the total amount of judicial resources is maintained,the contradiction between supply and demand is prominent.In the process of "experimental legislation",the criminal rapid decision procedure is set up,and in the process of practice,the mode of criminal rapid decision procedure is developed.It is dynamic to reflect the current situation of the pilot work of criminal rapid decision procedure.In the perspective of "mode",it is a new study of the method of criminal procedure.It is able to examine the development of the whole criminal rapid decision procedure from the perspective of practice,and grasp the development trend of criminal rapid decision procedure.This paper consists of introduction,text and conclusion,and the text is divided into six parts.The first part introduces the concept of the mode of criminal rapid decision procedure.Next,to determine the standard of the mode,it analyzes the characteristics of the unity and flexibility of the mode.In the end,here is mainly introduced in Jinan,Beijing and Nanjing.And it studies the value according to the "mode".In the second part,this paper introduces the model of "local conditions and going into the grass roots" in Jinan city.First,from the main body,the organization,the concrete process,briefly introduces the development of the pilot work in Jinan.And then,the paper summarized the characteristics of the mode in Jinan.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of the mode are analyzed.The third part introduces the mode of "the whole process simplified" in Beijing.The paper briefly introduces the specific measures of the pilot work and the "whole process simplified".And the notable features of this model are summarized.Finally,find out the advantages and disadvantages.In the fourth part,this paper introduces the mode of "two advance three concentration and direct trial" in Nanjing.The meaning and the characteristics of the mode are summarized.Finally analyze the advantages and problems of the mode.The fifth part has investigated the criminal rapid decision procedure model of foreign countries,including Germany,Italy,the United States and the Britain.This paper analyzes and finds out the difference between foreign countries and our country.The sixth part is the construction of mode in our country.Based on the experience of criminal rapid decision procedure in foreign countries,the paper puts forward the concrete measures to construct the mode of criminal rapid decision procedure in our country.
