Intelligent Alarm System On Android Operating System

With the continuous development of network information technology,Accordingly,crime tends to be more technical,internationalized,gang-oriented and violence-oriented.Particularly,the number of sudden violence crimes increases.All of them undoubtedly make higher requests to the reaction speed of 110 alarm system.Only shortening the time to arrive site and effectively control the time in site as far as possible can crime be controlled,thus keeping the disaster in the smallest range.In practice,traditional 110 telephone alarm suffers obvious disadvantages during operation.When policies answer alarm and go out to deal with it,the police force,material resources and time cost may be wasted due to low labor efficiency,unclear site condition and unclear administration,etc.As a result,the golden time to solve warning condition will be missed.The intelligent alarm system designed in this paper covers the shortage of traditional alarm system and the way to receive and deal with alarm.Intelligent alarm system is a tool supporting mobile video alarm.It supports position,picture and video alarm.With independent management platform,the system is able to store and inquire policy intelligence data and is equipped with the coordinating function of summoning policies and sending policies if someone calls policy.The system achieves five features,1)Android terminal design adopts multimodal integration position method combining Baidu position,enabling the system to precisely position the location of informant;2)it enriches alarm ways and adds video,picture and short-message warning functions,suitable for different environments;3)The alarm receiver can know the site condition via multimedia files,thus can send policies rationally,it improves the efficiency of sending policy;4)the system pushes position information for the policies and recommend navigation path,which can shorten the time to arrive the site;5)uses data mining technology to process the policy affair information stored in data bank,so as to provide important evidences for making public security decision and important reference for some works of public security system,such as rationally allocating policy force,scientifically prospecting policy affair and dealing emergencies,etc.The paper designs the system on the whole and in detail and realize system simulation under virtual environment.It explores and innovates the system in the following aspects: 1)add the “shaking” alarm function under emergency circumstances which can automatically call the police;2)add the section of “my community” where people can choose specific regions that they care and receive the pre-warning information in the region issued by policies;3)valuable information can be deduced after the policy affair information undertakes intelligent inquiry and calculation,which actually implements the mode of “information leads policy affairs” andprovides valuable reference for the police to deal with daily police intelligence and emergency events.
