Minors as subjects of special tort,tort liability is much more complex than the general tort liability.This is due to the lack of appropriate identification of minors,control and compensation ability in the infringement cannot be caused by commitments and fulfil its responsibilities effectively.In order to allow this issue to resolve,introduction of guardian's responsibility and liability of unnecessary.Taking this as a starting point,their responsibility,guardian of the minor infringement liability separately discussed,in order to research on tort liability of the minor benefits.In addition to the introduction and the conclusion,is divided into four parts:The first part,a minor overview of torts and tort liability in this section defines the meaning of minor violations and summary nature of the tort liability of minors,summarize the provisions of tort liability for minors in China,and foreign countries and regions in its treatment of tort liability in the legislation for minors.The second part,a minor infringement of their own responsibility.In this section investigate whether minors are responsible,and the attribution of responsibility to the minor principles,components,standards were discussed.The third part,the minors ' ward '.Guardians of minors in this section is divided into legal guardians and non-statutory guardians,from research on different aspects of guardians ' responsibilities and Division of responsibility principle of imputation.The fourth Part,the construction of the responsibility system of minor infringement.Minors respectively own responsibility of building construction and the guardianship of minors,and based on the introduction of tort liability for minors.
