On The Perfection Of Chinese Laws And Regulations On The Artificial Breeding Of Wild Animals

Wild animals,which are an important link in the ecological system,manifest significant value in ecology and economy,and incomparable value in scientific research.However,since the environment has been damaged,and a lot of habitats for wild animals have been destroyed and sacrificed because of economic development in these years,numerous species have already been forced to an imminent danger and the edge of becoming endangered.In consideration of the important ecological value of wild animals and the current severity of the environment,artificial breeding of wild animals is an important and effective means of transforming this current situation.The mode of empirical research is adopted in this paper,in which,a survey and research is conducted on the practical condition of artificial breeding of wild animals.Furthermore,questions that exist in the existing laws and regulations are organized.The main content of this paper is spread in the following perspectives.Firstly,the concept,constitution of legal system and main systems on the current protection of wild animals are introduced in this paper,such as the property right system on wild animals and the system on animal welfare.In addition,the legal system,which takes Wild Animal Conservation Law as the core,is analyzed and evaluated.Secondly,the influence of questions that exist in some systems under Wild Animal Conservation Law on the artificial breeding of wild animals is elaborated.These practical questions include the contradictory phenomena in the property right system on wild animals and the excessive restriction in operation and exploitation,etc.In the end,certain modes of suggestion that are different from the previous similar papers are proposed in accordance with these specific questions,such as the amendment of specific stipulations of articles of law and the introduction of laws and regulations that are believed to be deficient by this paper.It is hoped that questionsthat exist in Chinese laws and regulations on artificial breeding can be perfected,and the protection of wild animals can be better promoted.
