The Study On Animal Law

Animal law has a long history but still a youthful branch of the law science. In our country ,we are used to call it animal protection law .While ,only "protecting" can not cover all the connotation of the animal law. Therefore, calling it animal law is not my coin.. In fact, animal law is the right and usual name .Animal protection law or wild animal protection law is just a branch of animal law .Animal law is a set legal rules governing human practices that involve animals. My study primarily explored some basic concepts and categories. Also, I introduce some new idea on some aspects such as laboratory animals law, legislation of the newly emending wild animal law.The first part is a brief introduction on the basic concepts and categories, including the concepts of animal,animal law ,the structure of animal law and the issue of animal rights. The basic concepts and categories of animal law are far more than these introduced, there still many tough works need to be done. The second part is a generalization about developing of the animal law. Laboratory animal law. A new trend of legislating on this issue is put forward in the third part ,. The last part do some primary studies on the newly emending wild animal law.
