Simulation technology is an extremely part of the military field,and the simulation test of equipment plays an important role in simulation technology,so research on equipment simulation is of great significance to military power.So far,tests for single weapon equipment can only check out technical index of some aspects,but cannot test combat effectiveness of combined action in the real battlefield environment.So,equipment test must be developed to co-simulation,establishing an integrative platform to carry out simulation test with multi-systems and multi-layers,which can combine virtual infield and live outfield.To solve this problem,this paper puts forward a method to establish union simulation test platform,based on LVC integration technologies.In equipment test field,architecture of simulation members varies greatly.Different resolution and low interoperability cause tremendous difficulties for simulation integration.First this paper is start with time-space consistence,data communication and real equipment to research how to establish test platform,and puts forward detailed design project.Aiming at establishing platform fast,this paper raises the idea of auto-development tools,and provides detailed solutions.At first,this paper analyzes the characteristics of union simulation platform,learned from other kinds of integration technique,advances layering structure of “central console + sub console”,and formulates detailed plans.This structure can meet the demand of time-space consistence and interoperability,and can expand to large-scale systems.Next,this paper discusses three key problems around establishing the platform.According to time consistence,this paper uses real-time layered and hybrid synchronization strategies to guarantee,at the same time,uses DR algorithm to make up the delay of network.Besides these,coordinate transformation can realize space consistence.For data communication,this paper concludes all kinds of communication date and takes advantages of QoS to make a secondary development based on DDS.By these,we build the communication middleware in the bottom.For real equipment tests,this paper puts forward the conception of the analog console,which can be used as separation medium from real equipment to test environment.This console can control real equipment indirectly to avoid damaging equipment;also can replace the real equipment to participate in the test.And then,for the platform's expansibility and generality,this paper does research on auto-code generation technology,discusses the practicality of auto-program generation,and comes up with the scheme of auto-code generation software based on template.At last,xx base wants to establish a union simulation test platform;this paper raises the design and implement for this project.In addition,we take guidance system for instance to introduce the whole process of the test.
