The electromagnetic environment of electronic equipment is becoming more and more complex.The space of army armored vehicle is narrow and the integration of electronic equipment is high.The radiation interference limit line of GJB151 series electromagnetic compatibility standard is very strict.This leads to low pass rate of EMC test and waste of a lot of cost and time.In order to solve the above problems,this paper studies the electromagnetic compatibility of a kind of automatic opening and closing equipment of army vehicle equipment focusing on the control box power supply and can filter circuit design,circuit isolation and grounding design,design of isolation filter circuit and optimization of shielding efficiency between stepping motor and control box,modeling method and protection design method of interconnection cable of sub equipment,and introduces the construction of the test platform in detail Analysis of test items and verification of electromagnetic optimization design.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.This paper analyzes the differences of the corresponding test items of 151 series of on-board equipment,the electromagnetic environment faced by on-board equipment,the generation mechanism of electromagnetic interference and the coupling mode of electromagnetic noise,and introduces the basic principles of filter circuit design.2.Combined with the automatic opening and closing equipment,the electromagnetic compatibility optimization scheme is proposed.From the optimization methods of the control box,stepping motor,cable,environment and other parts,the design idea of the filter circuit,the way of routing,the reasons for the selection of various materials,the grounding design method are explained.In consideration of the influence of the equipment environmental test on the electromagnetic protection,the sustainability of the protection means is explained.3.The EMC test is carried out to verify the optimal design of the automatic opening and closing equipment.The method of building the basic platform and setting up the software is described.The data of conducted emission and radiated emission are compared and analyzed.The comparison results of the electromagnetic optimal design are given.The sensitivity test is briefly described,and signal line of the equipment is EMP predicted.Finally,according to the test results,the automatic opening and closing equipmentcan pass the EMC test,90% of the test frequency band has more than 10 dB margin,which shows that the electromagnetic protection optimization design proposed above is very effective.
