Research On The Responsibility System Of International Maritime Carrier

The liability system of international maritime cargo carrier which is the product of restricting the carrier’s behavior and improving the efficiency of shipping.With the improvement of navigation technology,it has experienced from simple rough to complex and sophisticated from the Hart Law to The Hague Rules to the Hamburg Rules,which reflect the people striving for continuous improvement of the maritime transport system to achieve a more complete state so as to achieve international shipping efficiency maximization and the interests of the balance.Secondly,from the "Hague Rules" to the "Hamburg Rules" to the "Rotterdam Rules" which are changed of the development of liability system of international maritime cargo carrier.What’s more,the innovation and development of the Rotterdam Rules in the carrier liability system and the deep impact of the Rotterdam Rules on the international community and how to face the challenge in terms of China are been discussed.
