Exclusive economic zone waters are divided by the third United Nations law of the Sea Conference,one of the United Nations Convention on law of the Sea(hereinafter referred to as the Convention)establishes the existence of the exclusive economic zone,given the independent status of the law of the sea.After the entry into force of the Convention,the coastal State is entitled to maritime claims 200 nautical mile exclusive economic zone belonging to the high seas.Freedom of navigation is the primary embodiment of freedom of the seas,,freedom of navigation in the exclusive economic zones and freedom of navigation in the high seas in boundaries after the entry into force of the Convention should be clear.However,the Convention is the product of a compromise,many issues relating to freedom of navigation in the exclusive economic zone,have a blur to the Convention,in particular restrictions on the freedom of navigation,or the Convention,citing its relevant articles on the high seas,or the principle of General provisions limiting,this reduces the maneuverability of the Convention.Based on both international law and domestic law of freedom of navigation in the exclusive economic zone system,pointed out that the system is still operational is poor,with aspects such as the limits of the system of freedom of navigation on the high seas.In addition,this article of the Convention amendments to hard law,international law of development and the perfection of relevant domestic legislation,to anticipate the development of freedom of navigation in the exclusive economic zone.
