On The Construction Of The System Of Air Defense Recognition Zone From The Residual Rights Of Exclusive Economic Zone

The air defense identification zone is an area next to the National airspace aiming to identify the aircraft from the other countries in order to achieve an airborne early warning and maintain national security. It’s a long lingering phenomenon in the international community.
