Study On The Reconciliation System Of Civil Procedure In China

In the construction of the civil procedure law of C hina,the court mediation system takes an important part of its.The court mediation system has always been playing a leading role in our country's civil trial procedure,which has caused a lot of problems that influence relevant parties' interests,such as improper mediation by courts.It not only weakens the main function of the judgment,but also erodes the rights of the parties.Therefore,I suppose we should construct a new settlement of litigation to rep lace the court mediation,which is the basis of discussion of this article.The focus of this article is the reconciliation system of the second trial of civil procedure.This article is composed of four chapters.In this paper,I aim at doing some research on the reconciliation system of the second trial of civil procedure so as to analyze the elements of building this system in our country and make some suggestions on it.
