Problems And Improvement Of Crime Prevention And Control In Small And Medium-sized Hotels In China

At present,the emergence of illegal crime in small and medium-sized hotels in our country has serious impact on the normal social and economic order of our country,which has caused harm to the personal and property safety of citizens.Since there are some shortcomings in the crime prevention and control measures aimed at illegal crimes in small and medium-hotels,the improvement is imperative.We aim to better solve the problems of crime prevention and control in small and mediumsized hotels in our country,and to create a harmonious social environment and guarantee the stability of social order.First of all,this article,referring to the cases published by China Referees in 2014-2016,screens out 300 cases of criminal cases and statistical analysis;Secondly,through the collection of the typical practices on small and medium-sized hotel crime prevention and control in multiple provinces and cities in China,we summarize the characteristics and trends of crime in small and medium-sized hotels,and combine with the current crime prevention and control of small and medium-sized hotels in our country.Moreover,this study focuses on the analysis of the problems and causes about this type of crime,as well as produce some valuable and pertinence strategies to solve these problems,that could provide references from the aspect of both practice and theory to optimize the prevention strategies on the small and medium-sized hotel crime activities.This article is divided into four parts: The first part is an overview of crime prevention and control of small and medium-sized hotel,which elaborates the concept of hotel and small and medium-sized hotel crime prevention and control and emphasizes the significance of crime prevention and control in small and medium-sized hotel.The second part introduces the current situation of crime prevention and control in small and medium-sized hotels in China.First of all,from the perspective of criminology,we summarize the overall characteristics of crime in China's small and medium-sized hotel industry,the characteristics of multiple crimes,the new trend of crime;secondly,we describe the specific prevention and control measures taken by our country against crimes in small and medium-sized hotels,so as to lay the foundation for the following analysis on problem and cause.The third part analyzes the problems and causes of crime prevention and control in small and medium-sized hotels in China from four aspects: legislative regulation,department supervision,social supervision and industry self-discipline.The fourth part,focusing on the problems and causes analysis in part three,brings up solutions for those proposed small and medium-sized hotel crime prevention and control.
