Research On The Prevention Of Online Counterfeit Drugs Sales Crime In China

With the development of the Internet,online fake drugs sales crime spread quickly in recent years.It had serious damage to consumers' health and affected social harmony and stability,becoming the main form of drug crime.Aiming at this problem,the author collected 367 cases about online counterfeit drugs sales crime on China Judgments Online from January 1,2012 to December 31,2016.The author use data analysis software to analyze and summarize the characteristics,typical pattern and reasons.Based on it,the author had put forward for prevention and control countermeasures of online fake drugs sales crime.Besides introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter: the summary of online fake drugs sales crime in China.According to our country's current law and actual situation,the author summed up the concept of online fake drugs sales crime in our country,and combing the administrative law and criminal law about online drugs sales.The second chapter: present situation and the analysis of typical crime patterns about online fake drugs sales crime in China.This chapter mainly analyzes 367 cases on China Judgments Online from January 1,2012 to December 31,2016,in order to summarizes the present situation,characteristics and the typical mode of online fake drugs sales crime in our country.The third chapter: the cause of online fake drugs sales crime in China.In this chapter,the author analyze crime reasons through the external cause and internal cause analysis in order to learn more about online fake drugs sales crime,which is beneficial to put forward the countermeasure.The fourth chapter: the prevention and control countermeasures about online fake drugs sales crime in China.In this chapter,the author combined the actual situation of our country,draw lessons from foreign successful experience.From the viewpoints of regulators,operators and consumers,the author discuss the prevention and control countermeasures about online fake drugs sales crime in China so as to protect the drug safety.
