On The Study Of The Application Of Intelligence Analysis In The Case Of Suspected Infringed Missing

Intelligence analysis is used to the case of suspected infringed missing,the legitimate rights and interests of people missing for suspected infringement to provide better security,solve such cases broaden the way for the public security department.Intelligence as the basis of decisionmaking,the forerunner of action,are important in the detective work,and to analysis is the key link to intelligence work,analysis is through a variety of methods to understand the nature of intelligence information,the application of the results of analysis to the detective work,thus plays a guiding role.Suspected of infringement to missing case detection is also inseparable from the intelligence analysis,from the case all aspects of the definition,detection,early warning intelligence analysis is needed to play a role of guidance,and reality is often out of separation,both can not get enough attention.Therefore this article through to the analysis of current people missing suspected infringement cases,on the basis of analyzing the information in the application of such cases are discussed.The application of intelligence analysis in the case if suspected infringed missing was studied from three aspects in this article.The first part is the overview of the current our country scholars suspected infringement to the emphasis and direction of the missing case studies,and in this paper,the research to be from the perspective of intelligence analysis,put forward the basis and significance of topic selection.The second part,the intelligence analysis is suitable for the suspected infringement missing-person cases were analyzed.Was first suspected infringement to the missing case status,put forward the current problems,the second is characteristic of people missing suspected infringement cases and summarizes investigation difficulty,intelligence analysis is based on the presented in suspected violations of the value of the missing case application,the feasibility of and discusses the application of intelligence analysis.The third part,the intelligence analysis in the application of people missing suspected infringement cases were studied.Intelligence analysis methods can be divided into qualitative and quantitative analysis method,illustrates how to apply these methods to specific suspected infringement cases of missing persons case,specific intelligence analysis methods and model combined with practice the process of investigating,form a suspected infringement to missing case intelligence analysis process model,in order to get a scientific and comprehensive intelligence analysis investigation analysis results to guide practice work.
