Research On Standardization Of The Video Detection

The rapid development of information technology is widely used in public security work.Video detection plays an increasingly important role in the prevention,combat and verify the value of crime.Now the Ministry of Public Security vigorously promotes the "four construction",so to strengthen the video detection work,for the new normal public security work has great practical significance.At present,the level of video detection in China is not high overall.There are three reasons for the development of video surveillance: First,the video detection infrastructure is not strong,mainly for the lack of unified planning of video construction,the unscientific distribution of monitory,the lack of standardization in equipment selection,the weakness of monitoring and maintenance and so on;the second is the video detection system is not sound,reflected in the lack of video surveillance full-time departments,the lack of video detection expertise and so on;Third,the lack of scientific detection of video,highlighting in two aspects: the lack of standardization in the video detection organization and the backward video detection application technology.These problems reflect the lack of normative guiding ideology in China's video detection.To this end,regulating China's video detection is imperative.To solve the above problems,this article deals with the implementation from three aspects.First,through a clear video monitoring construction principles and technical standards,integrated monitoring of resources and strengthen the monitoring and maintenance to standardize the basis of video detection work path.Second,through the establishment of fulltime institutions,training of specialized personnel and the implementation of security incentives to regulate China's video detection system mechanism path.Third,through the standardization of video detection work organization and application of specific methods to regulate China's video detection work application road.Video detection as a new thing,regulating its development cannot blindly pursue speed,progress,but not quick success.The infrastructure of video detection,the perfect mechanism,the standardized application all need to be taken seriously and increasingly investment by the Ministry of Public Security.At the same time,the public security organs should also more deepen the application of large data technology in video detection,improving the intelligent level of video detection,keeping pace with the concept of change detection,and promoting video detection work in combating crime and maintaining social stability.
