Simple Analysis On Video Detection Technology Tactics And Synthetic Operational Mode Guided By It

In recent years,along with the increasingly development of science & technology and the gradually changed form of crimes,the traditional reconnaissance means cannot meet the public security requirements of case solving under the new trend.As the product combining the modern information technology and reconnaissance practice together,the video detection technology has been widely applied in public security works due to its characteristics of intuition and visuality,objectivity,repeated use and information expansibility etc.The video detection did not only have the functions to find,prevent and deter the crimes,but also have the functions to track the target,provide clue and position the evidence etc,by reasonably using the video detection,it can effectively the public security organization's ability to beat the crime and investigation efficiency accordingly.Although the video detection has it's own unique advantages,but we shall also see that,each reconnaissance mean shall have its own limitation,during the case solving process,we'd pay attention to combine multiple reconnaissance means together,to positively explore the innovative technique means and reconnaissance mode.Just starting from the view of video detection,by taking the service for actual combat as the target,this paper elaborates the application of video detection in investigation practice from the five aspects of video detection summary,commonly used tactics in video detection,the problems existed in video detection,combat with multi investigation synthesis and perfection countermeasures.Through plenty of actual cases,to summarize and sort the commonly used working methods of video detection in actual combats;through the analysis on current difficulty the video detection may face,to introduce the concept of combat with multi investigation synthesis;through the value exploration on the multi investigation synthetic operational mode under the leadership of video detection,to forecast the future development directions of video detection and criminal investigation;and then proposes the corresponding improvement countermeasure and proposition accordingly.This thesis is composed of five parts,about 22,000 words in total.The first part is the summary of video detection.In this part,the concept,characters,effects and legal position of the video detection are elaborated accordingly.It mainly introduces the relationship between video detection and investigation,the characteristics ofvideo detection its own,the presented value of the video detection in investigation and the legal position of video evidence in China etc.The second part is the study on the commonly used tactics of video detection in combats.Through the specific cases,the commonly used tactic methods of video detection in actual combats are summarized and induced in this part,to summarize the six commonly used working methods including the character recognition method,target tracking method,video tracing method,temporal and spatial positioning method,series and parallel case method and information association method,and also give the instruction on the character and specific application of each method through the cases.The third part is the analysis on the problems existed in current practical application of video detection.This part mainly explores some difficulties the video detection shall face during current stage from the five aspects such as video monitoring system construction,professional personnel quality,sharing rate of video resource,protection of public privacy,building video detection system,analyzes the problems and deficiencies existed in current video detection,and provides the direction for further perfection of video detection work.The forth part is the analysis on the multi investigation synthetic operational mode under the leadership of video detection.Based on previous study on tactics of video detection,it can be seen that current investigation and case solving shall not only rely on the certain police classification or the certain investigation measures,it may need the coordination and collaboration of multi investigation by each other.In this part,by taking the view of video detection,it elaborates the mode of public security organization implementing “video guiding the investigation,with synthetic operations”,to explain the future development trend of investigation works.This part is the deep application of video detection tactic method in public security works.The fifth part is the proposition to perfect the works related to video detection.Based on current situation of China's video detection work,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed in this part to perfect the video detection work as following: to set up the normalized video detection work mechanism,build up professional video detection team,improve the sharing and utilization rate of video monitoring resource,enhance the protection on public privacy,and then proposes the perfection proposition on the multi investigation synthetic operational mode under the view of video detection,these shall have the guiding significance for the perfection of video detection work.
