Using Big Data To Enhance The Ability Of Government Governance

In this era of big data,the data has been used as the core assets,gradually showing the characteristics of strategic,asset and social.More and more countries and local governments will big data management to a strategic level,big data is a more positive attitude to governance and public management,will also affect the government’s concept of governance,paradigm,content and means etc.Make full use of big data to improve the ability of local government to the local government in this era is a challenge but also an opportunity,many domestic and foreign city has started research in this area,and achieved good results.As the youngest Hainan province of Danzhou City,the development of relatively backward condition in itself,how to achieve accelerated development and achieve overtaking the use of large data in the background,has very important practical significance to do this research.This paper will start from the concept of big data and local governance capacity,the use of empirical and comparative literature,and system analysis,several research methods,combined with the advanced experience of domestic and international city,through the analysis of Danzhou local characteristics and the current status of the data,to study at present in Danzhou,the use of big data deficiencies and causes,and further suggestions how to use big data to improve governance capacity.
