Study On The Responsibility Of Government For Rescue By Children Of Incarcerated

In the current wave of social reform,juvenile children of prison inmates are a typical vulnerable group.Because both sides of husband and wife,or a crime,is bound to be locked up in prison,they cannot fulfill corresponding tending to their minor children obligation,not as a child has been in a passive situation of development,it is bound to cause adverse effect on their physical and mental health,but also affect social stability and unity,based on this situation,the problems of the inmates minor children were discussed and it is particularly important to help.Nowadays in our country against the defect of groups of related policies,state aid policy and legal system is insufficient,this article based on inmates minor children aid policy at home and abroad,through the survey method,observation method,the method of case study method of the inmates minor children living quality and social relief situation launches the research,the use of the management of Beijing,dalian needs of policy,rescue methods and its experience to carry out the deep going study,put forward the existing problems,and sums up the government on such groups should undertake the responsibility of the bailout.This article is divided into five parts,the first chapter the introduction part illustrates the background of the inmates minor children and research purpose and meaning,current research status at home and abroad is analyzed and reviewed,determine the research ideas and methods of this article.The second chapter of inmates minor children is discussed in theory,define the basic concepts related to inmates minor children,expounds the inmates minor children related theory.The third chapter introduces the status quo of minor children's rescue in China.The fourth chapter takes "solar system" children village as an example,introduces the present situation of aid organization and points out existing problems.The fifth chapter is the focus of this paper,and puts forward the responsibility that the government should take in the process of assisting the underage children.
