Research On Protection Of Red Resources In Baiyangdian Lake

Red resources are a kind of non-renewable resources and are formed by the Chinese Communist Party leading Chinese people of all nationalities in revolutionary struggle and revolutionary practice.They play an important role in the political,economic,and cultural fields.The party and the government attach great importance to the protection of red resources,and have repeatedly stressed the importance of red resources.The protection of Baiyangdian red resources is conducive to strengthening ideological and political education and the building of socialist spiritual civilization.It can also promote the sustainable use of resources and the orderly development of the economy.Baiyangdian is rich in red resources,but the distribution is more dispersed,there are different problems in the protection and utilization.Through the field investigation and data analysis of red resources in Baiyangdian,the status of protection of red resources is understood.Although some achievements have been made in the protection of different departments in different departments,the actual problems cannot be ignored.Weak awareness of protection,inadequate development and utilization,the worrying survival environment of red resources,the single way of protection and utilization,lack of visibility of some red resources,etc.severely restricted the protection and utilization of Baiyangdian red resources.Looking at the protection and utilization of red resources throughout the country,gannan and Yan'an provide a reference for the protection and utilization of Baiyangdian red resources.Through comparison with the protection and utilization work in the Gannan and Yan'an regions,the author explores in depth the reasons for the problems in the protection and utilization of the Baiyangdian red resources.It is precisely because the relevant laws and policies of red resources are incomplete,inadequate funding,the lack of professional talents and improve the planning and propaganda work is no t in place and other factors have seriously affected the work effectively and make use of Baiyangdian red resources protection.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen relevant legislation,increase capital investment,train specialized personnel,reform management agencies,formulate reasonable plans,strengthen propaganda,and encourage multi-party participation in the protection of red resources.
