With the deepening of China's political system reform,the participation of cyber democracy has provided a new way for citizens to participate in public affairs.In the context of the rapid development of the media,Weibo has not only continued the advantages of cyber politics,but also played an important role in promoting social management innovation.As a major group of microblog users,college students have a better understanding of political concepts.Through micro-blog,college students can not only promote the disclosure of government information,but also promote the political participation of other social groups in China.Therefore,it is a very worthwhile research topic for college students to participate in Microblogging-politics.On the basis of reviewing related literature,this article takes Sina Weibo and Beijing college students as research subjects.The research method of this paper is questionnaire survey and interview method.The study found that university students in Beijing can use Weibo to pay attention to social events and major national events.At the same time there are also problems such as low sense of efficacy,complexity of participation motivation,deviation of cognitive and actual participation behaviors.And then,this article analyzes the causes of these problems from the aspects of the weak consciousness of university students' rights,the non-standard channels of microblogging and information fragmentation and so on.In view of the status quo and problems of university students' microblogging in Beijing,this paper puts forward specific suggestions from the aspects of strengthening the awareness of the rights consciousness of college students,guiding college students to establish correct values,strengthening the institutionalization of Weibo's political standardization,and improving the independent learning ability of college students.
