Study On The Lessons That Intellectual Property Rights System Of China Free Trade Zone Draw From The Enforcement Rules Of TPP Intellectual Property

TPP is mainly developed by developed countries,especially the united states,whose requirements of free trade are reflected in a lot of intellectual properties.The United States has put the standards into TPP step by step for a long time.The key content of TPP is the intellectual property,whose protection and enforcement should promote the international innovation and the spread of technology.TPP agreement will be a combination of many international intellectual property theories and practices,which represents the world's latest development direction of intellectual property protection.Even if it cannot come into effect,it still can provide references and bring inspirations for the relevant legislation throughout the world.In order to conform to the international development trend,it is necessary for China to re-examine its degree of opening.At present,China Free Trade Zone,the first trial in this new round of reform and opening,should accelerate the process of intellectual property legislation.Under the premise of respecting the national conditions,China should learn from the relevant provisions about the intellectual property legislation in TPP to promote institutional innovation.The regulations,which are about the enforcement of intellectual property,will help China accumulate experience for the participation of FTA.
