Study Of Influence Factors In The Satisf-action Of Hefei Home Care Service

Increasing economic,taken the world over,immensely facilitate the development of medical and health services.Thus average life expectancy is improving also.Besides,the birth rate is decreasing cause people's minds changes on fertility.As becomes fundamental realities of country,rapid development of aging population makes the number of Chinese old people larger.Aging of population has been a serious problem among economic and social development.During the "12th Five-Year Plan" the construction of China's aged career and pension system have madeprogress,the home care,community-supported and organization-supplied,as a supplement and medical support combined old-age service system has been initially formed.The "13th Five-Year" national aging development and pension system construction plan put forward to achieve that the pension service supply capacity significantly improved,quality is obviously improved,the structure is more reasonable,more convenient to enjoy a multi-level and diversified pension service.As a provincial city of Anhui Province,Hefei has stepped into an aging city earlier,and its aging degree is close to the first tier cities in China.However,the level of economic development is still in the two or three line urban level.Result from meeting the senior citizen's needs,Hefei has been exploring for better services for those senior citizens.Promulgated a series of documents,such as the regulation of home care service in Hefei,which plays an important role in the expansion of home care work in Hefei,but there are still some problems in the actual work:the lack of government service capacity,the mismatch between the supply and demand of home aged care services,the weakening of family security function and the differences of individual characteristics of the elderly groups.These influence the elderly's perception of the satisfaction of home care services.Under this background,the paper selects Hefei city elderly people as the research object,through the analysis of survey data,builds multivariate linear regression model analysis of main factors influencing the home care services satisfaction,and puts forward some constructive suggestions.This paper takes the satisfaction of the elderly home care service as the breakthrough pointto study the effect of home care service in Hefei,combine with field research and the existing research results,then use multiple linear regression method to establish the model of influencing factors of home care service satisfactionto explore the main factors influencing the home care services satisfaction,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.The paper mainly introduces theresearch background and significance,the domestic and foreign research review,research contents and methods,innovations and shortages of this research,through detailed combing and review the related literature specifically for the next research to lay a solid foundation.The second is the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts.Based on the key concepts involved in the definition,theoretical basis is helpful for the follow-up part explained the study,including the theory of public goods,the new public service theory,Maslow demand theory and the theory of customer satisfaction,so that the full context is more clear.Again is the development and status quo of home care services in Hefei City,from the city of Hefei through the home care services project development status and the questionnaire survey of home care services has two aspects,to evaluate the home care services of the Hefei city policy,and as a basis for the design of questionnaire and correction.Then it is the empirical test and the result analysis of the influencing factors of the satisfaction of the home care service.Through descriptive analysis of the basic situation of the respondents,and personal characteristics and life frequency analysis table;In the reliability and validity of the questionnaires on the basis of brief introduction and analysis of questionnaire data obtained by SPSS statistical software,by constructing multiple linear regression model to test the interaction may exist relationship between main variables each dimension between each study,further interpretation of the regression results,and find out the key effect of the elderly the home care services satisfaction factors.Finally proposed policy recommendations to improve the satisfaction of the elderly home care services : clear the leading position of the government;encourage the participation of social organizations;actively promoting the culture of filial piety.
