Research On The Problem Of Urban Community Home Care Service In Zaozhuang City Of Shandong Province Under The Background Of Population Aging

With the aggravation of population aging situation,the aging problem has become a social problem to be solved urgently in our country.In view of the fact that the traditional family endowment and institutional endowment can no longer meet the current diversified endowment needs,the new endowment mode of community home endowment service integrating the advantages of the two comes into being.The 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the fourth congress "decision" put forward "to speed up the construction of home community institutions coordination,medical care health care combination of old-age service system",for the new era of community home-based old-age care pointed out the direction.The endowment is the way in which the government,society and the joint efforts of volunteer team,which is based on the community,to provide community elderly service pension,purpose is to make endowment career do old people home,such way of pension,can let the elderly in the familiar with family and community environment,nearby endowment,meet the demand of endowment person endowment.By the end of 2020,Zaozhuang has 775,500 people aged 60 or above,accounting for18.20% of the total population.The aging of population in Zaozhuang City is relatively deep,and it is in the rapid development stage of population aging.The total elderly population is large,the growth rate is fast,and the aging and disability continue to aggravate.In the process of "silver wave" surging to,pension work has become a vital livelihood issue.Focusing on the background of the serious aging problem in Zaozhuang City,this paper starts from the status quo and existing problems of the urban community home care service in Zaozhuang City,and puts forward countermeasures and relevant policy suggestions for the problems.From the current situation of the construction of community home care services in China,the construction of community care services in Zaozhuang City is relatively backward.In the actual investigation,it is found that there are some problems in the community home care service in Zaozhuang,such as insufficient government support,low utilization rate of community care service,low level of community care service,and low combination of medical care in the community.This article attempts from the problems of community home endowment service of zaozhuang,this paper suggested the government should clear the government’s dominance of zaozhuang,formulate local incentive policies,broaden the diversified financing channels,the introduction of social forces,through the guide endowment consumption market and improve the intelligent wisdom endowment demonstration community endowment service platform construction,By making basic norms,cultivating talents,provide for the aged community endowment service and promoting the medical community raise the countermeasures,such as combination can largely alleviate the pressure of the endowment of zaozhuang,improve the quality of the elderly endowment,promoting the healthy development of the pension industry effectively promote family harmony,intergenerational harmony and community harmony,zaozhuang,in turn,promote the construction of a harmonious society.
