The party's nineteen report points out: "the party's basic level organizations are the basis to ensure the implementation of the party's line,principles,policies and decision-making." The rural party organization is a strong battle fortress to publicize the party's ideas,implement the party's decision,lead the grassroots governance,unite and mobilize the masses,and promote the reform and development.This study takes Wenzhou Longwan as sample,through field research,in-depth study,starting from the new requirements of the rural party organization building in Longwan under the new situation,culture,focus on the current rural party organization team management,selection,evaluation,supervision,role play and other aspects of research,existing problems and reasons in the process of construction and in the thorough investigation and analysis,put forward to strengthen rural party organization construction team of Longwan.On the basis of those facts we can reach the following conclusion:First,the construction of rural Party organizations in Longwan mainly exists the problems such as the core position of the party organization is not prominent,the operation mechanism is not standard,and the vanguard and exemplary role of the party members is not obvious.Two,analyze the causes of problems,mainly is the grass-roots party members and cadres in the new situation,insufficient understanding of grassroots party members and cadres overall quality exist short board,the party members in rural areas,poor management system reform to the cause of not meeting,the village collective economic development is not balanced and so on.Three,to strengthen rural party organization construction in Longwan needs starting from strengthening the construction of rural Party organizations,Party members and cadres of Party organization innovation management mechanism,strengthen the system of rural construction,rural Party organizations to develop the collective economy.
