Research On The Talents Cultivation Of Public Safety Services

To ensure public safety is related to national stability and the safety of people's life and property,and the overall situation of reform,development and stability.Under the background that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,Some prominent problems and hidden dangers that affect public safety and social stability have not yet been solved.How to do the talents cultivation work well to enrich the security team construction in the field of public safety services,docking different public safety needs to improve the all-round networking three-dimensional of social security comprehensive management model,has a very important practical significance.This paper first discusses the definition of the talents cultivation of public safety services and public service supply theory,human capital theory.And then sorts out the three different types of public safety services supply mechanisms.It is concluded that the talents cultivation of public safety services will provide powerful human capital support for the three supply mechanisms.Then the paper analyzes the status quo of security team construction and talents cultivation in the supply mechanisms of public safety services.It is concluded that the shortage of high-quality skilled security professionals has become more and more important with the construction of public safety system.And analyzes the reasons for the mismatch between talents cultivation and industry needs.After that lists the Zhejiang Police Vocational Academy specialty construction and talents cultivation work of public safety services as Zhejiang Province "The 13th Five-year" special major.Then lists the advantages and signs comparing with the similar majors and colleges.Then through the three graduates employment situation tracking investigation,analyzes the new change of the employment of security guard graduates.Finally puts forward the suggestions for the talents cultivation of public safety services to meet the rapid growth of public safety,including promoting the reform of the recruitment system of judicial police academies,improving the co-construction and sharing of school bureau and enterprise alliance platform,implementing the connotations development.These proposed paths are specific carriers of providing human capital support for the three supply mechanisms of public safety services,which are combined with talents cultivation of security guard major,and different from other angles of discussion on the supply mechanisms of public safety services.
