Research On The Limitation Of The Deathpenalty Of Drug Crime

Drug crime has brought great harm to human society.At present,there are very few countries in the world to death penalty for drug crimes.Because of historical and realistic reasons,the current criminal law and criminal policy of China is a severe attack on drug crime,and the death penalty is used to combat and prevent drug crimes.However,severe law failed to effectively curb drug crime,the death penalty has a deterrent effect.In this paper,through the analysis of the status quo of the death penalty for drug crimes,we find the existing problems,so as to put forward the importance of the application of the death penalty for drug crimes in our country,and find the way to solve the problem.Although the death penalty is reserved in legislation,it is the choice of the current situation of drug crime to limit the death penalty for drug crimes.This paper will be divided into four parts to carry on the analysis,and proved by a typical case,namely legislation evolution and restricting the death penalty for drug crime death penalty;the application of drug crime death penalty in our country;the basic requirements of drug crime death penalty;specific measures of drug crime death penalty restriction.
