The Legal Issue Of Personal Information Protection In The Administration

With the rapid development of information technology and cyberspace,the harm caused by personal information leakage is increasingly serious.The security of personal information not only affects the normal life of our ordinary people,but also concerns the stability of the society and the security of the country.At present,the government organs use the advanced network technology and the big Data statistics,its management function has penetrated deeply into the citizen's daily life.Whether it is the birth registration,after the birth of the citizen's residence management or education,medical,employment and other fields,even travel to handle bus cards,there will be a large number of information in the hands of relevant government agencies and organizations,once the information is leaked by government agencies or organizations,citizens ' property security and even personal security will be threatened.Nowadays,the disclosure of personal information of our citizens has become a social problem that the government must face and solve.The government collects,manages and uses the personal information of citizens on the basis of administrative needs,but in the process it causes different levels of disclosure.Although the state has done some work on the protection of citizens ' personal information and the government's norms of collecting and using personal information,however,it can be seen from the application of relevant laws and regulations,the intensity of administrative supervision,the role of market constraints and the frequency of personal information leakage cases,There are still many problems in the protection of personal information in government management.This article obtains from the several examples and cases,the government management of personal information protection in China's current problems as a starting point,combining with the status quo of China's legislation as well as to the personal information protection,analysis our country currently in the process of government management of personal information,the reason for the leaking of the different level.This paper focus on the government management in the citizen's personal information protection law present situation and the existing problems and its influencing factors,from the legal system,legal system and improvement measures,to explore how the government to exercise their functions,strengthen the protection of citizens' personal information.It is hoped that this paper can make a small contribution to the protection of personal information in government administration in the future.
