The Improvement Of Legislation In Adminstrative Auditing System

According to the sprite of the fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC central committee,a fully regulated auditing system is one the most important components toward a strong China-socialism country.Throughout the years,many amendments have been made,but numerous scholars and experts still believe more improvements can be done.Especially since Xi's leadership,corruption has been a key spot to address.There is no doubt that the loop holes in auditing system are responsible for some of major corruptions.There are many ambiguous areas need to be clarified,such as the relationship between government-lead auditing supervision and auditing supervision itself.A fine auditing system should not only provide standard up-to-date applicable code of conducts,but also be inclusive and strictly against illegal actions.Undoubtedly,we can understand the great urgency and importance to discuss and reflect about what more can be done to improve the audit system in our beloved country.In this paper,detailed efforts has been made to explore and to sort out our auditing system,based on the basis discussed,the paper particularly focus on how to furnish our auditing supervision system under the administration system.Different kinds of suggestions and possible strategies have been provided to furnish our system.
