Study On Practice And Modification For The Integration System Of Supervision And Auditing In X District,Changzhou

At the current stage,as the inconsistent problems caused by various reasons during the cooperation is still existing,effective supervision is still difficult to be formed although the supervision and auditing authorities have launched multi-level and wide-ranging cooperation.The necessary measures to ensure the supervision function of our country are to establish the integration system of supervision and auditing,broaden the supervision field of view,build up the supervision platform and adjust the monitoring methods.Taking X district in Changzhou as an example,the paper integrates and theory and practice to study the integration system of supervision and auditing from different perspectives for presenting different ideas on government supervision and auditing system,and providing experience for other local government while the system comes into practice.Via the investigation,issues like unfitted system of organization,incomplete mechanism,not strong enough team members and lack of attention from the grassroots organizations came out while delving into the integration system of supervision and audit.Via the basis of study,the MUST-DO pressure,incomplete appraisal and incentive system,lag of subjective cognition are the main cause while practicing.The paper focus on the modification of supervision and auditing system,integration and optimization of supervision team resource,improving the cognition in grass-roots organization and perfecting supervision and auditing environment via relative documentations and practical investigations.
