A Public Security Organ For Technical Investigation Measures For Problems

With the continuous development of science and technology progress,the public security organs and criminal illegal crime fighting between the situation became more and more serious,the technical investigation as a new high-tech crime detection means,in the public security organ at the grass-roots level is becoming more and more widely used in practice.This article will combine the grass-roots public security organs working practice,the use of technology indictment in grassroots elaborates the status quo and analysis,analysis the problems and limitations,and discusses how to improve and perfect the relevant system of technical investigation,in order to avoid the abuse of power,better coordination of technical investigation in the fight against crime and the relationship between the protection of human rights.This article includes three parts,the first chapter,studies the basic theory,technical investigation measures and starting from its characteristics,this paper introduces the technology of indictment in the use of grass-roots public security organs,and analyzes the difficulties encountered in the process of implementation of and the problems.The second chapter,analyzes the technical investigation measures implementation problems,according to the theory principle,legislative and judicial reasons as the breakthrough point,traces the form the source of the problem.The third chapter,the paper puts forward the Suggestions to solve the problem,it is a technical investigation must follow the principle of explicit theory,two is legislative and judicial aspects,from the technical investigation subject of examination and approval,supervision authorities,the applicable scope and afterwards relief,etc.
