Since its emerging of economic analysis of law,some people support,however,some criticize.Praise and condemnation coexist.Hackle these critical research results in the field,these results focus on the theoretical basis which occupy large proportion.However,in the field of normative law,few people study the test of value of the economic analysis of law,and fewer study it in the philosophical level.The economic analysis of law has been in the law circle for nearly 30 years,it always appears to solve problems and hack the way for the economic analysis of law.Even it is playing an important role in perfecting the laws and regulations.However,in the process of rule of law,we should reexamine the limits of application and think it carefully.
