Research On The Inform Obligation Of Personal Information' Users

Information technology is the main trend of today's development,which is sweeping across the whole world in an unprecedented fashion.As the information has become the main social wealth,however,personal information is collected frequently and used arbitrarily in daily life,which result in a great threat against personality and property interests of personal information rights.Therefore,it is quite necessary to strengthen the protection of personal information rights.In this paper,in order to protect the personal information rights,inform obligation is studied to standardize collection and use behavior of personal information' users,which can improve the protection system of personal information.This research focuses on the inform obligation of personal information' users.It is utilized to introduce specifically how to establish the theoretical basis and value orientation of inform obligation.The sources,properties and detailed contents of inform obligation are discussed respectively,combining the legislative practices and existing laws of developed countries and regions in the world,which are based on the necessity analysis of inform obligation.The subjects and objects,the specific requirements and corresponding responsibilities of inform obligation were introduced.This paper is organized as five chapters to study the inform obligation of personal information'users.In conclusion,in order to strengthen the protection of personal information security,the Personal Information Protection Act is needed with times,and inform obligation is an effective tool to protect personal information.Learning from the legislation practices in developed countries and regions,laws on inform obligation of personal information' users should be established based on present situation in China,which can promote the realization of social fairness and justice.
