The Perspective Of Public Service On The Construction Of The Democratic Parties Institutions In Wenzhou

The democratic parties play an important role in all aspects of the economic and social development in our country.Especially in providing public service,the democratic parties perform all the functions and promote the service provided by the government to be more scientific and perfect.And the construction situation of the democratic parties institutions influence the fulfilling function of the democratic parties directly.Democratic parties institutions are the working bodies and important hubs to democratic parties,which have the functions of giving advice,contacting,organizing and rendering service.With the publications of “The regulations on the united front work of the Communist Party of China(trial implementation)”,it provides a powerful support and basis to the democratic parties' own construction,especially to the construction of the democratic parties institutions.This article starts from the construction situation of the democratic parties in Wenzhou city.And it includes the analysis of the current situation of the construction of the institutions,the exposition of job duties in different institutions,the professional ability demand,daily work routine,staff career development and problems of the rules and regulations on the construction also with the analyzing of its reasons.At last,in order to strengthen the construction of the democratic parties institutions in Wenzhou city,the article proposes some suggestions as clarifying responsibilities,strengthening learning ability,reinforcing talent team,enhancing the training,improving the system and also other aspects.
