The Innovation Research On The Community Drug Treatment And Rehabilitation Model In Wenzhou Lucheng

At present,one of the more serious problems in our country is the proliferation of drugs,so anti-drug work is urgent.With the "People's Republic of China Drug Law" was formally introduced in 2008,detoxification work from the original voluntary detoxification and forced isolation of drug addiction to community drug treatment,community rehabilitation.How to properly carry out the work of detoxification and promote its development in depth has become an important subject for managers,experts and scholars.To explore the characteristics of community drug treatment and rehabilitation model in China has become a hot spot.The country actively carry out community drug treatment and rehabilitation work,to build the model for the region.Community drug treatment and rehabilitation model as a new form,after more than ten years of development,in promoting the theoretical research and in-depth exploration of practice,has a certain effect.But the actual operation is still a lot of imperfections.Based on social labeling theory,re-social theory and public governance theory,this paper takes a lot of information and field research,and uses the method of summarizing and qualitative analysis,taking Wenzhou City as the most representative central city of Lucheng as an example.It comprehensively summarizes the situation,measures and pilot innovation of the current community drug rehabilitation work situation in Lucheng district,combs out the problems and analyzes the reasons.It selects the foreign countries' typical model of the earlier effective results and the domestic part of the practical experience,for comparative analysis and reference.According to the practice of Lucheng District,the author sums up the experience of "six in one" community education in Lucheng District of Wenzhou City,and puts forward the specific and feasible countermeasures to solve the existing problems,to improve the community drug treatment and rehabilitation model.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part puts forward the background,purpose and significance of this research,reviews domestics and overseas status,and expounds the research goal,research content,innovation and deficiency.The second part summarizes the community drug treatment and rehabilitation,mainly focusing on the relevant definition of community drug treatment and rehabilitation,the theoretical basis of community drug treatment and rehabilitation.The third part introduces the operation status of community drug treatment and rehabilitation work in Lucheng District of Wenzhou City,including the status of community drug treatment and rehabilitation work,the existing problems and the reasons analysis.The fourth part introduces the basic situation of community drug treatment and rehabilitation model running in other countries and regions at home and abroad.Through the comparative analysis and reference,for the city of Lucheng District,Wenzhou City to provide lessons learned.The fifth part combines the local practice of Lucheng District,Wenzhou City,and extracts the "six in one" community education mode in Lucheng District of Wenzhou City.Through the update management philosophy,improve the quality of staff,improve the work of all aspects of the formation of publicity and education system,increase investment and other countermeasures,to provide a solution to the existing problems and improve the characteristics of community drug treatment and rehabilitation of the region.
