Under The New Normal Democratic Democratic Supervision Effectiveness Research

In most of the democratic parties in our country was founded during the Anti-Japanese War and the liberation war,after the founding of the communist party's call response as participating parties in our country,the main functions including political participation and democratic supervision.Democratic supervision as one of the key role of the democratic parties,is China's system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the communist party is an important part of,in the country's political life play an irreplaceable role.Democratic supervision from the democratic parties is the collective behavior of the democratic parties,are organized to supervise,but unlike power such as the supervision of National People's Congress,democratic supervision has no power.Democratic supervision from the democratic parties in China focus on the exercise of power in the process of ruling communist party started to supervise,belongs to a high level of political supervision and political,across all levels and the democratic parties members,its supervision and has profound mass base,supervision main body has the universality.Along with our country economy into the "new normal",our country's economy and society are facing many changes,to respond to these changes not only puts forward higher requirements on the ruling party's ruling ability,also puts forward new requirements of democratic parties to perform their functions.Democratic supervision from the democratic parties in our country at present there are many factors restricting its development,mainly including the democratic parties members not enough understanding of democratic supervision,democratic parties own organization construction is not perfect,system mechanism is not sound,and democratic supervision of the social environment needs further improvement.According to these constraints,this paper puts forward five countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of the democratic parties democratic supervision: one is under the democratic political system in our country,through strengthen the awareness of the democratic parties members,improve the quality of the Democratic Party members,the democratic parties members have a more accurate positioning of democratic supervision,supervision content,form more clear;The second is to strengthen the construction of democratic parties democratic supervision organization,set up special democratic supervision department;Three is a sound system of democratic supervision mechanism,broaden the knowledge,communication channels,set up the democratic supervision and feedback mechanism,to ensure incentive mechanism;Fourth,the democratic parties democratic supervision should pay attention to combining with other sexual power supervision,combined with other social democratic supervision forms,jointly contribute to consolidate the ruling status of communist party,contribute to China'ssocialist democratic political civilization construction;Fifth,strengthen the democratic parties democratic supervision environment atmosphere.
