Reseach On Legal Regulation Of The Prepaid Consumer Contact

Consumer contract advance payment mode nowadays rapid development situation in our country is playing an increasingly important role and influence,at the same time,due to the current China's socialist market economic system is not sound,the relevant legal system and construction of the existence of problems,such as the lack of social credit and prepaid consumption patterns in the process of actual operation of various problems which cause serious damage to the consumers' rights and interests.On this basis,the author hope that through the study of this problem,based on the research of the defects of prepaid consumption patterns,and put forward a series of analysis system to establish the perfect vision,in order to make modest contributions to the legal rights and interests of consumers.The structure of this article is divided into four chapters.First of all,the first chapter discusses the study object is the basic concept and characteristics of consumer prepaid contract,mainly contains a prepaid consumption contract legal characteristics,the corresponding rights and obligations,and the analysis of the concept of similar to distinguish,and this kind of contract "legal remedy system vulnerability.The second chapter mainly discusses the current for the prepaid consumption legal system stipulated in the contract,detailed in this chapter discusses the law against from contract to contract performance of the possible problems in the whole process of the legal regulation on the details of the detailed.The third chapter elaborates on the problems and the causes of the consumption-prepaid contract in the process of the fulfillment of the service.Chapter four focuses on the reasonable and effective analysis of the problems found and raised in chapter 3.
