Transformation And Reconstruction:Changes In The Rural Regime In The Revolutionary Base Of Fujian(1927-1934)

After the failure of the Great Revolution,the village of the western Fujian can be described as "chaos".Warlords,landlords and bandits of the joint exploitation make the majority of farmers miserable.Through the military struggle,land reform and ideological transformation,the party of western Fujian changed the society completely.The military struggle is against the various political forces entrenched in the western Fujian village directly;land reform makes the peasant masses get the most important means of production in the rural society;the construction of the revolutionary discourse system makes the clan concept of the western Fujian society desalination.In order to realize the effective management of the rural society,the CCP has incorporated the Soviet masses into the category of "state" by constructing the"all-powerful grassroots regime" of the township Soviets.
