Research On Hakka Youth Movement In Western Fujian Revolutionary Base (1927-1934)

In the period of agrarian Revolution,the Hakka youth movement in western Fujian under the leadership of the Communist Party of China was promoted by both the revolutionary spirit and the traditional spirit of Hakka.After the counter revolutionary coup of the Kuomintang in 1927,in order to realize the armed separation of workers and peasants and strive for the strength of the broad masses of young people,the party organizations in Western Fujian Hakka region,based on the understanding of the characteristics and status of young people formed in the long-term practice of youth work,combined with the local reality of Hakka region,adopted the promulgation of policies and regulations,vigorously carried out publicity and education With vigour and vitality,young people’s groups and other diverse mobilization methods were formed to promote the youth’s revolutionary consciousness.The vast number of Hakka youth in western Fujian in the communist party of China and under the leadership of the communist youth league of China to mobilize their personal interests and the interests of the masses of the people closely together,with the reactionary forces to fight the feudal ideas actively,in political,economic,cultural and other fields to carry out a series of sports,to support the stability of the revolutionary regime and realize the revolutionary ideals and care.The revolutionary spirit formed by Hakka youth in Western Fujian in their heroic struggle,on the one hand,originates from the dual nourishment of revolutionary spirit and Chinese culture,on the other hand,it also originates from the work practice of Hakka youth in Western Fujian.Towering trees,there must be roots;Water in the bosom of a mountain must have its source.The excellent revolutionary spirit of the Hakka youth movement in western Fujian is worthy of the inheritance and development of contemporary Chinese youth,and the wisdom of youth work contained in it can also provide valuable historical reference for the CPC to solve the youth problems.The in-depth study of the Hakka youth movement in Western Fujian under the leadership of the Party during the agrarian Revolutionary War,and the analysis of the spiritual value and contemporary enlightenment contained therein,is helpful to exploring the party’s youth work methods and achievement,and explore the important role played by the Hakka youth in western Fujian in the agrarian Revolutionary War.Thus it provides regional and ethnic value reference for the development of Chinese youth movement in the new era.
