Eat for the people of the day,food to Ann first.Strengthening food safety work is related to 1.3 billion people’s health and life safety.Of course,as one of the important signs of a well-off society,food safety,for China,to adhere to the most stringent standards,the most stringent regulation,the most severe punishment,the most serious accountability,in order to enhance the unity of food safety supervision and professionalism to effectively improve the level and ability of food safety supervision.In this paper,literature analysis,comparative analysis and other methods are used to discuss the legal system of food safety protection in China.This paper mainly describes the development of the legal system of food safety and security in our country.On the basis of this development,it forms the existing legal system of food safety security in China,such as the production and management of food safety and risk management.Food safety supervision and legal responsibility.However,there are still some deficiencies in the implementation of these systems,which make our country face many difficulties in food safety at present.In response to this situation,a series of conventions have been developed internationally,the common purpose of which is to protect consumers Be healthy and ensure that food trade is conducted in an orderly manner.Countries actually apply these conventions to their own food safety system,which has made a great contribution to international food safety.The purpose of this paper is to draw lessons from our country.In order to promote the healthy development of the food safety security system in China,the credit evaluation system,traceability system,risk assessment system and network food platform of the existing laws and regulations of our country are put forward to improve the system of credit evaluation,traceability system,risk assessment system and network food platform.
