Study On Cybersecurity Information Sharing System

Nowadays,many countries highly rely on cyber information network.Critical infrastructures connected to the internet are confronted with varieties of underlying network attack which would damage the national interest,moreover,the cyberattacks are difficult to trace and investigate.Therefore,it is essential to realize the information sharing,in order to protect countries’ network system,avoid risk and promote the cybersecurity.Intelligence plays the key role in safeguarding,inspecting and dealing with the network security accident,and the shared cybersecurity information facilitates the cybersecurity risk reduction,network emergency management,and recovery ability improvement.The US and the Europe have mature cybersecurity information sharing system that renders their industry landmark.Meanwhile,China is supposed to take measures including:to improve the legal framework on the base of current policies,laws and regulations;to collect and coordinate the resources by constructing intelligence sharing mechanism among the related departments;to unleash enterprises’ incentives to join cybersecurity information sharing system;to boost the general cybersecurity perception of the country by the government-led information sharing and analysis institute;to upgrade the responsibility protection of the private parties,as well as the related legal liability exemption;to regulate the information rating system and to unveil the intelligence sharing standard for the best security management.
