Discussion On Animal Rights

The animals,as lives with perceptions,have a lot of similarities with us human beings.They can also experience happiness as well as pain.The humans' conscience tells us that it is wrong to cause the animals' suffering.We should give animals moral concerns by bringing them into the moral system.The foundation of animal rights is the similarity between animals and humans.The more similar animals are to humans,the more they should have the right to be close to humans.With regard to the discussion of animal rights,many scholars have put forward their own views,which has brought the dawn of the campaign for animal rights.However,most of these theories seem to be quite radical,ignoring the real possibility of animal rights.This article will start from the existing theory of animal rights,discuss the moral rights of animals,and analyze the possibility of animal rights in human society or law,including the conflict between animal rights and human use.On this basis,it attempts to draw a rough outline of the animal rights framework and classify the rights according to the animal's own characteristics to meet the needs of social reality.Finally,from the perspective of restricting people's rights to animal property,we will explore various specific aspects of animal rights protection,and briefly introduce and evaluate some existing practices of animal laws in Western countries.Pointing out the defects of them and then in an attempt to paint a possible path to further improve animal rights.Respect for animal rights will accompany the progress of the entire human society and become an indispensable part of human civilization.
