Research On The The Launch Condition System Of China's Product Recall

The article begins with the discussion of the entity conditions and procedural conditions for China's product recalls,and points out that at the entity condition level,China's product recall initiation condition system has inconsistent provisions on the subject of product recall obligations,incomplete product coverage,and the deficiencies in the identification of product defects;at the procedural level,there are problems with information asymmetry,failure to eliminate silent recalls,and low rate of active recall.In addition,based on the advanced overseas experience of product recalls in the European Union,the United States,and Australia,the article has demonstrated how to improve the conditions system of China's product recalls.The article points out that it is necessary to perfect the scope of China's product recall subject of obligation scope and product range,and proceed from two aspects: determining a reasonable defect identification method and improving China's product quality standards,standardizes the identification of product defects in China.Through the establishment of a sound enterprise internal information collection system,public information processing system and injury information detection system,solve the problem of information asymmetry in China's product recall.By increasing the intensity of information disclosure to eliminate silent recalls.Finally,the article also put forward suggestions for the construction of summary procedures for product recall in China.
