Study On The Party Spirit Cultivation Of College Students In The Perspective Of Strict Party Discipline

Since the eighteenth congress,general secretary of xi jinping stressed several times to improve the party members' party spirit cultivation of comprehensive governing party to promote the importance of high,some of the central commission for discipline inspection supervision and inspections department cadres in analyzing its violations of reason,begin confess to corruption is to lack of party spirit,the party spirit not pure caused great misfortune,and relax for a long time thought transformation is loss their party spirit,the leading cause of corruption.Suggesting that tackling the root of the party spirit education the governing party,strengthen party spirit training,the firm ideal faith,complement the communists spiritual \ "calcium\" is very necessary and very urgent.In this paper,based on this historical background,the paper puts forward the comprehensive governing party horizon,strengthen the party spirit training,the university student party members to strengthen the party spirit education,qualified socialist builders and successors.This paper is divided into four parts to carry out systematic research,and the first part mainly introduces the research significance and research status of improving the party's party spirit of college students in the perspective of strict party discipline.The second part of the three aspects,on the one hand,mainly in this paper,the governing party and the basic theory of self-cultivation,from the comprehensive governing party,the party spirit and party spirit training theory connotation and characteristics,expounds the main content of the party spirit cultivation of party members among college students under the new era and characteristics;On the other hand,the author elaborates the theoretical source of the party's party spirit cultivation in the view of the party.Finally,based on the requirements of The Times background,this paper mainly introduces the basic requirements of the new normal of strict party discipline to the party's party spirit.The third part elaborates the problems and causes of the party's cultivation of party members in the view of strict party discipline.Through questionnaire survey and analysis,a sample survey of college students in five universities in the east,middle and west of China was conducted to reflect the problems existing in party membership in the party.The fourth part elaborates the effective path of improving the party's party spirit in the view of the party.Starting from the content of party culture,this paper mainly discusses the aspects of education,social practice and strict inner-party supervision.Starting from the main body ofparty training,this paper mainly discusses three aspects: strengthening personal learning,practicing self-discipline and organizing education culture.From learning education,practice content,mainly from the strengthening of the practice,set up the mechanism of education to strengthen the university student party members,the innovation party branch training mode,improve the incentive mechanism,strengthen and optimization of the education teaching management and so on five aspects.Through the in-depth study and analysis of these problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding concrete measures to provide theoretical reference for further research on the improvement of party members' party spirit.
