A Study On The Way To Realize The Identity Consciousness Of College Party Members

The 19th national congress of the CPC declared that socialism with Chinese characteristics had entered a new era and put forward the general requirements for party building for a new era.The congress made a new strategic plan for deepening the development of comprehensively and strictly governing the party,which has become the fundamental guarantee for advancing the socialist modernization drive and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In the new era,we must have a new look and make new achievements.To comprehensively and strictly govern the party is a great self-revolution,which must be carried out in every branch and every member of the party,so as to realize the self-purification,self-improvement,self-reform and self-improvement of all party members.College student party members are the backbone of college students,affecting the rise and fall of the cause of socialist construction;They are also the fresh blood of the communist party of China and the pacesetting troops in the work of comprehensively and strictly governing the party.They shoulder an important historical mission and have a profound impact on the results of comprehensively and strictly governing the party.Under the new era background,the party construction work in colleges is facing many problems,including the continuous increase in the number of college students’ party members,the lagging construction of party construction talents,the formalization of party construction work,the non-standard management of grassroots party organizations,and the "two pieces of skin" of students’ party construction and learning.Therefore,how to make every college student party member participate in the work of comprehensively governing the party with strict discipline,and how to enhance the timeliness,pertinence and effectiveness of the party construction work for college students has become the urgent task and important content of the current theoretical research on ideological and political education.This paper takes college students’ consciousness of party membership as the research object.Article claims that change the traditional model of one-way infusion of the students’ party construction in colleges and universities,by stimulating the body of the party members among college students self-consciousness to improve college students party members in the grass-roots party construction activities of the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,such not only can ease the burden of colleges’ basic level party organizations also can enhance students’ party construction of endogenous power,to exert the main function of the university student party members.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the study of college students’ consciousness of party membership.This paper combines the achievements of marxist theories and the great practice of comprehensively governing the party with strict discipline,and concretely classifies the college students’ consciousness of party membership into five aspects: political consciousness,ideological consciousness,organizational consciousness,style consciousness and discipline consciousness.Based on these five aspects,this paper designs a questionnaire to investigate the status of college students’ self-consciousness of party membership.On this basis,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the self-consciousness of college students’ party membership from the above five perspectives,and puts forward some specific Suggestions,hoping to help college students realize self-consciousness of their party membership,so as to provide help for the promotion of party self-governance and the innovation of party construction of college students.This paper consists of the introduction and five chapters.The introduction is mainly about the background of the topic,the significance of the topic,the status quo of the research,the way of thinking,the innovation and shortcomings,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for this research.The first chapter makes a comprehensive analysis of the relevant core concepts of college students’ self-consciousness of party membership,including the definitions of self-consciousness of identity,self-consciousness of party membership and self-consciousness of college students’ party membership.On this basis,this paper discusses the internal regulations of college students’ consciousness of party membership,including five aspects: politics,ideology,organization,style of work and discipline,and defines the contents of these five aspects in detail.This paper analyzes the realization process of college students’ self-consciousness of party membership,which lays a foundation for the deep understanding of college students’ self-consciousness of party membership and the follow-up investigation.The second chapter,based on the important discussions on party membership and party membership by marxist classical writers and Chinese communists,systematically combed out the guiding ideology of realizing college students’ consciousness of party membership,and provided theoretical support for subsequent investigation and research.The third chapter is a brief introduction of the investigation and the analysis of the current situation.Through the questionnaire survey and the analysis of the survey data,this paper makes clear the positive and negative aspects of the current college students’ consciousness of party membership.The fourth chapter focuses on the cognitive dilemma of the subject,the organizational system dilemma and the reality dilemma,and analyzes the causes of the problems in the realization of the identity of college students’ party members,including the cognition of the "first identity" of college students’ party members,the lack of systematic theoretical learning,the supervision mechanism,the organizational support,the realistic challenges and other aspects.The fifth chapter is about the path to realize the identity of college students’ party members.In view of the problems of college students’ party membership,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from five aspects:political direction,internal motivation,organizational guarantee,practical exercise and disciplinary defense line,hope to achieve identity consciousness,promote the university student party members to offer reference for construction of colleges’ basic level party organizations.
