With the advent of the era of "Internet +",information technology has become very significant.As one of the information technologies,information network has become more and more important,whether making friends or working or shopping,we cannot do without the information network.It has penetrated into our political and economic and cultural life and other fields.The Internet can bring us a lot of information.However,with the fast development Internet information,information network crime is "developed" increasingly.In this article,the author mainly discusses the crime which the actor help other people to commit illegal activities in the information network crime.This article mainly studies the crime which the actor help other people to commit illegal activities in the information network crime,and discusses the present situation of information network crime,and analyzes the characteristics of this crime,and combines with practice and compares with other crimes.More specifically,the first chapter mainly analyzes and understands the current situation of China’s information network crime and the current situation of information network crime in the world,and then discusses the background of the new provisions in the criminal law.The second chapter mainly analyzes the concrete elements from crime object,objective aspect,subject,subjective aspectand the "four elements",thus,it is deeper understanding of the crime which has been included in criminal law.The third chapter mainly discusses to the crime which the actor help other people to commit illegal activities has been standard of guilt in the judicial cognizance question,and the difference with other crimes with the actual case and even in similar cases around the world,and it reflects that makes criminal law more rigorous and can effectively prevent and control such crimes when this crime is included in the criminal law.
