The rapid development of the Internet has brought tremendous convenience to people's lives and caused a great change in people's lives.However,with the continuous improvement and updating of network technology,cybercrime has also come into being.It affects people's daily life all the time.Due to the characteristics of network such as virtuality,trans-regionality and instability,cybercrime has continuously Showing a rising trend.At first,the development of cybercrime from cyber criminals to cybercrime tools has now progressed to theimplementation of cybercrime in cyberspace,and cyberspace as a new space has a variety of cybercrime.For example,online theft,phishing,cyber theft,cyberbullying,cybercrime,cyberterrorism and more.Moreover,at present,cybercrime shows an explosive growth all over the world.Countries such as the United States,Germany,the United Kingdom,Japan and other countries have begun to focus on combating and preventing global cybercrime and establishing a joint mechanism.Although China adopted the Cyber Security Law on June 1,2017 after the amendment of the Criminal Law Amendment 9,there are still many deficiencies.Moreover,it is necessary to guard against cybercrime only from the aspects of cybercrime psychology,network technology and internet ethics,just to make the legislative prevention and precaution a little simple.Through the definition of cybercrime,the characteristics of cybercrime,the causes of cybercrime and the status quo of the legislation of cybercrime in foreign countries and its prevention status,the author conducts a multi-angle and comprehensive countermeasure research and discussion on cybercrime in our country.The first part of the article is an introduction.Mainly introduces the background of the selected topic,the significance of the research,research methods,research framework and innovative points involved in the study.The second part of the article mainly introduces various opinions on cybercrime in and out of the domain.The author analyzes the various opinions and puts forward the definition of cybercrime and the specific characteristics of cybercrime.The third part of the article analyzes the current situation of cybercrime in our country and analyzes the causes of cybercrime in our country from the perspectives of cybercrime legislation,cyberpsychology,cyber-technology and cyber-education.The fourth part of the article mainly examines the current situation and legal provisions of cybercrime in the United States,Britain,Germany and Japan and the preventive measures against cybercrime.The fifth part of the article based on the author of the current situation of cybercrime in our country,its causes and extraterritorial investigations of cybercrime from multiple dimensions,all aspects of China's cybercrime prevention principles and cybercrime countermeasures.Hope that through these measures and suggestions for our prevention of cybercrime helpful,aroused more thinking and research.
