Research On The Social Work Intervention In Community Home Care Service Mode

With the rapid aging of China's population,the urgency of the pension problem is increasing day by day.At the same time,traditional family pension and institutional pension cannot meet the needs of the diversified services of the modern elderly population.Therefore,community home care service with many advantages has emerged at the historic moment.However,at present,the community home care service in our country is still in the primary stage,and the policies and laws are not perfect,so there are still problems in the practical operation.In this context,it is of great significance to explore the social work intervention in community home care service mode.As the forerunner of the community home care service in Anhui Province and even in China,Hefei has realized the population aging problem of this Municipality since the beginning of this century and started to deploy the community home care service.This article takes X community home care service center in Hefei as the research object and uses the way of internship to conduct field observation and interviews.Based on the in-depth understanding of the project operation and main working modes in the service center,this article further explores that the theories and methods of Social Work involved in the community home care service modes.This article is divided into four parts from the structure:The first part is the background,purpose,methods,review of the relevant research literature at home and abroad,as well as the definition of the relevant concepts and the necessary theoretical basis.Among them,the author focuses on the meaning of the community home care service mode and its operation types,and mentions the reference significance of the elderly social work to the community home care service.At the same time,it also explores the guiding role of demand hierarchy theory,social support theory and empowerment theory in this new model of pensions.The second part is the description of the status quo of the development of community home care service in our country and the importance and significance of the intervention of social work.The third part is the case of X-home care service center,Carry out a detailed exploration of the project's development and main modes.On the one hand,we use multiple real cases of case work,group work,community activities to analyze the application of social work in community home care services.On the other hand,further analysis and reflection on the social-related theories and evaluation of social work intervention in community home care service modes,and proposed to build an ideal universal community home care service mode--SMG mode;Finally,based on the above research,this paper summarizes the construction path of social work intervention in the new mode of community home care services,which should be more emphasis on:internalization of service concept,broaden the service channels,enrich service content,innovative service methods and improve the introduction and training of qualified personnel mechanism.
