The main responsibility of the Capital VIP Protection Department' male military junior officer is to ensure the absolute safety of the party and state leaders,visiting important foreign guests and major conference activities.The level of physical fitness of security polices is related to their own physical quality,athletic quality and the degree of exertion of various technics and tactics,which directly affects the ultimate success of security service.Therefore,the officers and polices of the capital police and security force should pay special attention to the development of physical fitness and adapt to the new situation under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China's new requirements for security work to ensure foolproof.In this paper,the status quo of physical training for male officers in the capital police and security force is studied.By taking 50 male officers as samples,and adopting research methods including literature review,interview,questionnaire and logical analysis,I learnt about the status quo of the physical training conducted by male officers in the capital police and security force,and found out the main crux of the restriction for the physical training work development.Combining with relevant scientific research theories,I put forward some pertinent and practical strategies and measures,aiming at improving the physical level of the officers and polices of the capital police and security force,hoping that I could contribute to the orderly development of the physical training work of the capital police and security force.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:1 The daily training time of male officers in the capital police and security force basically meets the requirements of the "Outline",while their figure does not.This shows that the effect of daily physical training is not very satisfactory.It reflects the fact that the overall physical training level of the capital police and security force is low.2 At present,the form of physical training conducted by the male officers in the capital police and security force is based on their own arrangements.According to the results of the assessment data,although most of the officers can meet the standards,there is a phenomenon of strong and weak subjects,indicating that the form of physical training is not practical and pertinent.3 Sports injury is an important factor that affects the level of physical development,which restricts the orderly development of physical training.The main reasons are: unreasonable subjects arrangement,unscientific training methods and means that are contrary to the basic principles of physical training,long time disrepair and poor operating conditions of training equipment,as well as the lack of self-protection awareness of trainees.4 Restrictions on the physical training level of the male officers in the capital police and security force mainly include: unreasonable established physical training programs,simple training methods and means,unrated physical training instructors,aging of physical training equipment,small training venues,heavy daily work that heavily compress training time,certain deviation understanding of physical training among all levels of officers.On this basis,I think the following coping strategies can be taken:1 Effectively enhance the ideological awareness to have profound understanding of the importance of physical training2 Scientifically arrange for physical training to improve curriculum standards and evaluation criteria3 Establish and improve the reward and punishment mechanism to form a favorable competitive environment for selecting the superior and eliminating the inferior4 Broaden the sources of instructors and improve the specialization of physical training5 Reasonably plan training contents to lay solid foundation training and highlight actual combat characteristics6 Reasonably arrange training time to ensure that work and training go hand in hand7 Strengthen the prevention of sports injuries to better handle the relationship between training load and recovery8 Improve the conditions for training to comprehensively improve the level of physical training...
